Well I have every ingrendient except for eyes of a arachas

I killed the arachas and was going to pick up the eyes but a scene started up with that Elf Iorveth

now the monster dissappeared

where can I fight the monster again to get the eyes for this side quest?

Anyways I went near the town and up the ladder where Cedric is supposed to be and he ain't there anymore

Try meditating until different hours of the day bu i think the best time is early morning . Might also check around Lobinden i have found him sitting beside the fire .

Also, you could check your map and minimap for the vendor icons - one of them is Cedric, if he's still around.

If you've completed the Letho fight, then Cedric won't be around. If you don't have Arachas eyes by the time you've completed the Letho fight, then you can't complete the quest. To loot the Arachas, tell Iorveth that you'll meet up with him later at the Elven Ruins. Then you're back in the clearing where you fought the Arachas, and you can loot its corpse.

Let me just warn you that Melitele's heart is absolutely useless. It only provides +1 vitality regen outside of combat. And any regen outside of combat is complete trash, because you regenerate health naturally when not fighting.

At the end of the cut scene with Iorveth you can tell him something like "I have some other things to do first."

All the NPCs disappear then, and go off to their locations, allowing you to explore the clearing, including loot the Arachas, as well as find some other neat things around the area, including the silver sword of Kaer Marhen.
