Holy hell after a long night of dominating in WvWvW I decided to go hunt down the jumping puzzle in the Eternal Mists and my god was it difficult! My platforming skills are terrible.

There was a lot more prior to this actually. It's here though the puzzle gets hard for me.

A bunch of us were actually having a race to see who'd make it first to the chest. I felt kind of stupid not evading the fire..

the chick saying "lol" was just standing there and I thought I had reached my goal but nope more to go.

There was a dick pulling the fire switch and he managed to get my. I cried a bit.

This is it! The hidden chest piece that spawns daily. I don't think I can do this again.

The Metrica Province puzzle is the worst I think, still I love the little thing they did with the game like secret places in all the maps, the Destiny's Edge stories, the combat is a lot of fun too.
For the first time in years I think I am going to be playing a MMO more then a mouth LOL

Well my dear it's elementary just in case i get bored as i often do with just one i can change what ever i am feeling at that moment. Sometimes i wanna shoot fireball sometimes i wanna shoot arrows and sometimes it's good to play around with a sword

I gave in and got it T_T On the day of the Mad King event, too, helloooo game crashes... but I played for a few hours and everything looks pretty and the game has a promising future considering the real-time events and whatnot. Is anyone still playing it? I'm a pink Mesmer lady, whee.

Yup i am and about the mad king event you are not the only one that crashed. I dunno maybe it had something do with the server being over populated or something??

I played like hours before this event and as soon as it strated what happens the crash happened it kicked me out of the server and about 2h no access at all but finally (being resilient) i got in and i was able to complete the event.

out of magical chars to play i think i like the mesmer now more because you don't take as many hits as an elementalist

I am really loving these armor /sarcasm

I never really liked MMO's and this game is no exception with it's repeatative combat of spamming 1-6. BORING but my girlfriend really wanted it so I bought two copies. We're around level 60 in Fort Aspenwood btw.

I like how there's a story and stuff it'd be cool if stories between part members could meld with each other from time to time like that whole Order of Whispers,Vigil and Priory thing working together. Just allowing other players to have cutscenes in your instance.

^ oh yeah, the armour, they certainly know how to get creative with it It sucks when you're low-level and have to settle for stats over looks, but hey, it's a part of the experience. I love the look of Dragonfly shoulder piece and dream of getting it someday! ;_; BTW, Jobbert, I love your dye combinations, they are so simple and classy :]

I'm... lvl 22! Decided to explore all cities and starter areas first, it's a slow process, but it gives me time to get comfortable with spells and controls. Mesmers definitely remain my favourite profession, and I love how they became gunslingers this time. It's all so much fun! The Halloween events were great as well, I definitely sunk more time in it than I'd like to admit, and somehow getting all 'achievements' except for the Clockwork Tower. Tried it once and got dizzy, lol.

Here's a pretty cool screenshot I took, I got to kick ass with this random guy, too bad such encounters are usually very brief (but sweet). Got a snap of our characters as they were putting back their weapons.

Hmm, anyone else still playing? I picked the game up again just in time for Wintersday and I'm having a lot of fun with that. I totally own at the Bell Choir minigame, and I take grim pleasure in standing in the jumping puzzle waiting area watching everyone fall off like flies... since I suck at it and am always the first to fall off >:[

But sometimes I make it to the end and climb to the top and watch from there.



There's still so much to do, though. I hit level 80 today, but this timesink, social life murderer game is just starting

If anyone wants to play together I'd love to, it's easy to run dungeons even if we're not on the same server thanks to the Overflow.

Me i'm starting to feel like meh towards that game i have 3 lvl 80 characters ranger,mesmer and elementalist and now necro lvl 75 so it is beginning to be like booooring. Started playing Star wars again this time at the Empires side ( i know i know evil ) the story lines are more fun there. Anyways happy x-mas and better new year for every one
