I'm sorry I don't remember the quest names. They are both linked to the drug issue in Flotsam. The guy at the dock is not talking to me, and the locals outside the guys shop who is making it is not working. I've got past the scene with the Kayran at the dock already. I've cleared my cache on the 360. Can't go back to a save point ether.

The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is do you have the formula that you were asked to get ? Did you talk to the shop owner and what dialog options were given ?

I don't have the formula, the shopkeepers options are only to leave and to see what he has. No prompts to even ask about the formula. The guy at the dock is always leaning up against the wall but I can not interact with him in any way.

Did you ever interact with him (the guy at the dock: his name is Vencel Pugg)? Nothing else in these quests will go forward until you get him to talk to you. The "sweet spot" where his "talk" triggers is small, and you may need to move around near him to hit it.

If you simply cannot get him to interact at all, go back to a save before you exited the inn to check out the Kayran. That way, he will be respawned and may be easier to interact with.
