Yeah, that fight with this char-build can be a pain in the arse, plus the opening of the fight is kinda tricky since you have to wait for the camera to pan on Geralt as the ennemies are already firing on him.
Anyway, your help is really appreciated, take all the time you need.

I tried the quicksave and just like before with other person`a save there was no interaction with Triss . So i`ll be trying the manual one . Hopefully all will be ok . By the way did you realize that you haven`t allocated any mutagens to your build ?

I'm still wondering though, did you have to use some 'magic' with my save? I've won this bloody fight six times to no avail, was it just bad luck on my side?

Regarding the mutagens, that's part of a well spread pathology that makes some (stupid) gamers backpack filled with unused (and useless at the end obviously) überstuff. Now if you tell me the EE makes it so you can change them, I think I'll feel pretty dumb.

The only magic I used was to kill those Nilfgaardians. I'm impressed by your ability to play that build. I gave up and cheated (But don't worry, I did it in a way that didn't get into your save).

I still don't know what causes this occasional glitch in the game. The talk icon appeared just fine after re-playing the fight, as it did the earlier time.

Can you upload a game from just before the fight starts? When we "fixed" this the last time, it was only by replaying the section. (I'm getting the same error with your savegame).

That was fun - nice build

There's two savegames in the zip. The first is after the fight, but before speaking to Triss. I'd try that first, it works OK for me, and it means you get to have the conversation. The second is AFTER speaking to Triss, so it's there as a fall-back in case the first doesn't work.

I'm having this problem too. I've tried to fight the last part with the mage and everything, a lot of times but the option to talk to Triss never appears. Any suggestions?
