So I'm in the middle of the game right now. I just wanted to see if I actually have those modules installed, so I went to "Start new game", selected extra adventures or whatever (well, the other option besides main campaign), but there is nothing there. I can't choose anything. I'm using the Steam edition.

So, how can I access them?

Launch the game directly from the Steam Client. It should then come up with the options
- Play The Witcher Enhanced Edition
- Launch Adventure Editor
Selecting "Launch Adventure Editor" should take you to the DLCs
