Daytime, pretty much the same business hours as other NPCs keep. She should be there shortly after 8 in the morning and stay until about 8 in the evening.

Actually, she keeps somewhat later hours than most of the other NPC's, at least during Chapter 2. If you look at her NPC Story file in Djinni, she's supposed to be at the hospital from 10:00 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening during Chapter 2. (She's at the hospital longer hours in Chapter 3; during that chapter, she's there from 8:30 until 18:30.)
