PM the blacksmith wont help me because i don't come recommended, and i haven't found a way to get on his good side what should i do!?!?

The Act II armorers are finicky about who they will deal with, and will not deal with you if you have slighted their friends.
To get on the blacksmith's good side, clear Vivaldi of suspicion, rescue the half-elf in "A Ghost Story", or side with Yaevinn in the swamp.
Or you can go deal with the Order armorer instead.
