Graphical glitch with Triss' clothes in Elven Bathhouse? *** Minor Spoilers ***

I'm seeing what could be described as a graphic glitch in the scene where Triss magically removes her clothes in the Elven garden / bathhouse / pool / whatever. The effect will start off smoothly, then restart from about her waist up. I have seen this since before the EE patch. Does anyone else see this?
