Hah! I got stuck at The Witcher Vault (the site i heard ab a save editor on), and some third rate gamesave sites, gamefaqs not outstanding...

But you responded a lot faster than i expected lol, thanks for the saves, which i did download (not gonna go thru that again)...but, i still ended up using tommy's instead, seeing as how i dont know what sh*t means as it pretains to The Witcher I...oh and ill make a deal w you Corylea, ill play/beat it as soon as TWI gets X360 controller support, which is why i'm ab to rebuy the second one for console, even with my semibeast of a laptop, lol.

No official support for 360 controller for witcher 1 but either xpadder or x360ce vibmod should do the trick for you .

Do the save games affect the game when is already started?

You need to import the save game at the start of TW2. Otherwise, it will have no impact at all.
