Are you looking for something for something for The Witcher 1 or something for The Witcher 2?
There's a Saved Game Editor for TW1 here; feel free to use it. Or the Genie Wishes Mod will let you add 10,000 orens.
If you're looking for something for TW2, I don't know of a mod that does what you're looking for, but it should be easy to make one; look here for how to do that.
