Hey,

I've got found the 'Report for Thaler' quest item on Dmitri, but what do I do with it? I've done something with it before but I've not done a playthrough in a while. That guy that gave me some message and a gift from Thaler early on, do I give it to him? I think I do, but where would I find him? Any specific time of day?

To my knowledge you don't need to do anything with that report, reading it will let you know that Loredo is a traitor and stuff, but that's all.

The guy who gave you stuff from Thaler can be found at the same place you met him first, below the stairs right under Roche's office, during the day. But it doesn't have to do anything with him.

I see... why does it say it's a quest item though?

There are many things that are quest items that you can't do anything with, like the reports from the ruined asylum, you can read it to understand the story behind them but you can't give it or return it to anyone for example. The report from the spy is a quest item because it relates to the main story of the game. i think so
