PM I have the Kayan quest going.I have the potion.I cant see to find out where to go?The quest thing doesn't seem to flash.Should I get the silver sword made first?But I can't find the dwarf to make.Just lost here.

You need a silver sword. I'm not sure, exactly, how you got this far without one.
The smith keeps business hours, at his shop in the Craftsman's District. Go south from the door of the inn, keep to the right, and there he is around the corner. But if you go too late in the day, he will already have left; come back at 8 in the morning.
When you are ready to go after the Kayran, talk to Sile. Her room is up the outside stairs at the inn, second door.

I'd also recommend that you don't rush into this. Do a few other quests first and level up a bit.
