I just finished off the cutscene where I dismiss Zoltan and search the clearing before heading off to confront Lotho. Problem is, I CAN'T get out of the sodding clearing!! I hit a cavern but that's Iorvath's hideout which is apparently a dead end. How in the FRAK do I get out of that place (the clearing) so I can continue?? Playing the Xbox 360 extended edition.

It's hard to explain, but I've gotten lost there, too. There's a place you can climb that's not really obvious. If you search around you should find it. As memory serves, if you go directly away from the cave to the wall and then turn right, you should be able to run up a little path. It seems to end in a dead end, but if you go to the right there should be a place to climb up.

It's usually easier to just go with Iorveth, which is why that information might be totally wrong—I'm basing it on the memory of a playthrough from more than six months ago. There's definitely a way out of there, though. Just takes some looking.
I'm not here anymore, but there are still three ways to find me. First, you can go into a room with all the lights off and say my number three times while looking into a mirror. A bit macabre, admittedly. The second way would be to post a craigslist ad for anonymous sex, but don't be writing checks you can't cash, sweet stuff. Ahem. The third and most tasteful method would be to just check out my site where I review stuff because I'm a hyper-judgmental human being.

I used to have a permanent note about this, because I would lose the exit every time I played. The note said

"NW Corner of the clearing. Just to the right of where you think it ought to be".
