I got all 4 items needed yet Anezka does not mention anything of performing the ritual

I have an even weirder glitch.

I told Newboy to use his armor in the battle (don't rely on the medallion). After escaping from the prison, Newboy came to me, telling me he was thankful and he gave me his medallion (Newboy's talisman).

Then, when ACT 1 starts, I don't have his talisman and I don't got the quest 'Meletine's Heart' either! What's up with that?

That's not a glitch.

You can only get the talisman by telling him before the battle that you think it was cursed, or by killing him after the prison escape. If you give any other answer before the battle, you get a book on dragons duting the prison escape.

@aditya - if you're still looking for an answer, I think you need to give more detail of what's happened so far, and what the dialogue options are when you speak to Anezka.
