I was so pumped last night after 4 1/2 hours installing the EE PC update (when I have the EE PC already here by accident-forgot to cancel on a website) that I was looking forward to xbox version and starting annoucement/initial thoughts which people have been asking for.

No game, then I checked GAME.co.uk again to find I cancelled a PC version and the Dark Edition was despatched but I did not get that either!

So it must be the post.....

Anyways, I have announced the Dark Souls PC game coming instead as that is going to be great too, love the PS3 game, and got it on xbox too lol

I dont want to get accused of doing anything more with The Witcher 2 until I get the game.

I only annouced it and was criticised to hell on here!

So I am awaiting Dark Edition for myself, EE edition for review and my son wants it after so he can have it as he is a big RPG fan.

He has taken me around Dark Souls, summoning people to help defeat bosses on PS3 and he has played the xbox version to death too...plus he wants Risen 2: Dark Waters and is awaiting skyrim DLC..the kid is 16 and does the RPGS right thru with no guides....!

He is not pumped about The Witcher 2 but that will change when he plays it. Its got the formula he likes.

I was playing TW1 on PC one day and he came in asking if I was playing Dark Souls!!!!!

I'm just lookin forward to TW2. ME3 was my game of choice, but that died rather quickly. And looking to buy RDR again cause I like the old west theme

Two paths, two platforms. It's fate!

By the way, when I was playing earlier I recognized two names in the conversation with Roche from a review for the new content with Brigida. Based on that and what the review alluded to, it sounds like politics will play quite the role in the new content. Perfect fodder for Politics of the Witcher Part 3, perhaps?

I'll definitely update Part 1 with new info, I suspect Baron Kimbolt will be a key player in the Temerian question.

The way I had envisioned it but didn't have time to implement, part 3 would be about the nonhuman question, part 4 about Upper Aedirn and its internal affairs, part 5 probably about mages. I might do one dedicated to Temeria if the new content focuses on it a lot, or I might do an overview of the 4 main Northern Kingdoms, their domestic affairs and foreign policies.

Yeah, same here. I'm in Sweden. I am planning to do a review, but as the days goes it feels like my review will be pretty much pointless, considering the game has been released already. Still, I feel it was a great move by the dev team to give us amatuers a chance. By so making us feel like real reviewers

Also wondering. What kind of service did you use for sending the games? Does it really takes this long for a package to travel from Poland(you from Poland right?) to Sweden? Or did you send it from USA?

I think the posttal service in UK is screwed up.....and now its getting late for reviews as game is out....I blame Postal Service.

After the pre publicity I gave out I feel really silly now....

ok, my paid for DARK EDITION has finally arrived from GAME.co.uk, I thought I had cancelled that, but game website is such a mess I dont think I am ordering from them again until they sort it out.

The Review copy, fingers crossed tomorrow?

I ordereded Kid Icarus for my son on 3DS yesterday and that arrived this morning, 1st class.... never a problem with shopto.net

I hope the review copy arrives tomorrow, I can start reviewing the DARK EDITION but need to start it first, plus I am on Ghost Recon :FS beta.......The DARK Edition Artbook looks great, a T Shirt too, plus dice....and making of CDR:)

A good package which I thought I cancelled, I am completely messed up by GAME.co.uk and their new system on the site...

I must have cancelled the PC version but forgot I had one on shopto ordered as GAME.co.uk you cant see orders by game name, only numbers....very unhelpful and I dont think I will order much from them again...especially being late too...oh well...1 down (which I thought I cancelled and found I hadnt) well now I got something to work with, will post when review copy arrives...

gotta be tomorrow, must be our screwed postal system:)

UK POST, no review The Witcher 2 today...I am beginning to wonder now if this is a wind up?

I bought it, I am fed up with waiting, until I get review copy, it will not get reviewed, that is my policy now...announcements yes, I did buy it (albeit Dark Edition) which arrived in post from last friday yesterday, but last week CDPR emailed saying I was getting a review copy...no I am not! A week later 3 days after release...did they post it to me?

Let me know please, I spose it doesnt matter anymore as all the good reviews have been done.

look I am not complaining I am just saying why/where/how what is going on here? I apologose if it sounds that I am whinging but if I didn't buy it I would still be waiting for the review copy, now I want to know if they sent to us or not?

Starting to wonder myself. Maybe the truck with the review copies ment for Europe got hijacked on the road somewhere. I have a hard time believing that our postal service is that incompetent. More than a week to send a package in Europe?

Is this some kinda practical joke? I think all reviews are done so what about us who have not gotton a review copy, what annoys me is that they sent an email saying I was to review it etc etc...

no game....I think this weekend I will be posting the news that I have not gotton a copy, with a copy of the email on the blog, and I apologise to my connections but I have not receieved a copy.

Most reviews are done, I have asked on here but no one will look into it...so I guess my opinion is now null and void...great game, shame about the review I will NOT be doing, in fact the publicity will say 'look I apologise I received this email blah, but no copy to review.'

If it arrives, which I very much doubt now, I will take it back anything, I said but I believe its either lost, not sent or stolen I dont know...and no one will look into this for us who havent gotton it for review.

Please dont wind us up with emails saying we been selected for review, I have had to buy it now, I was going to send it back but as the review copy has not come I dont know what to think......sorry guys...good publicity did not work for us all, the UK and EU are mostly affected? or is it a few? Must be missing in the mail...what a shame....

ah well....but I can at least apologise to people and connections with a back up post of the review email. As proof that I was told I was going to get a review copy....but I spose all reviews are done now, mine will be too late and pointless so what does it matter...sorry but I am disalluisioned with it all now:)

Such is life...but please..dont entice us with emails with no review copy:( Its unfair......I apologise for being so negative, sorry.

any witcher 2 review copy yet? I havent, its now 2 weeks after the email, 1 week and 2 days afer release....what are our chances of getting this game now?

Can someone let us know if its yay or nope.....?

I stay in waiting for the post everyday hoping only to disappointed....
