Amazing! congratulations to both of you and may you both live together a very happy life!I also knew of a couple who fell in love via the LP Underground site (official fanclub of the band Linkin Park)the guy proposed to the girl in front of the band and other chosen lucky winners for meet and greet with the band shocking everyone there. They even mentioned this later in their coffee table official book saying how awed they were for this and how the guy (and the girl) mentioned how much Linkin Park was important in their lives.Happy to see a similar case in my most favourite game now :)You guys just show happiness can come from anywhere!

17 April, 2012 is a special date that most of us have already circled in our respective calendars. It so happens that myself and DelightfulMcCoy will make the day even more special, at least as far as we are concerned. Back in June last year, in the dark era when these official forums were still down for what we were promised would be temporary maintenance, we made contact with each other on the GOG forums, discussing The Witcher at length; and not only did we become good friends, we also started falling in love over the months that followed. Naturally, the various topics of conversation spanned more than The Witcher universe and the like, but it was certainly what made us connect so strongly from the start.

The growing situation called for drastic measures to be taken, and in late September I paid her a lengthy visit in Germany. We got along splendidly as we quickly realised that we had more to go for us than simple (yet outstanding) keyboard chemistry; despite some nervousness, we soon decided to live together, and we've been doing just that since December. Believing ourselves to have found nothing short of a soul-mate in one another, we couldn't stop there, and to sort of honour the game that made our meeting even possible to begin with, we settled on the date 17 April for our wedding day. It seemed oddly fitting, and the honeymoon will (at least partly) consist of playing the Enhanced Edition together - we wouldn't want to have it any other way.

Only a week remains, so we wanted to take this opportunity to share our happy news with the rest of you. We have both spent a lot of time here, and though it's impossible to get along with everyone in any given community, we think it is fair to say that this is by far one of the finest, that we are both happy to be a part of. ›››
