NOTE: Due to the picture limit per post, NEW pics are further down the page & on the following pages! :]

Folks

Thought I'd share this with you, I'll update this gallery whenever I make a new pic. (update 16 April) Finding more time to draw recently.

You can request a picture too, when left to my own devices I just tend to draw Geralt all over again (seeing as he's my favourite character).

Most gorgeous set of pictures I have seen lately. Bravo! Your color palette is fascinating, and especially I love the high contrast light\shadow and shading in general. Some of them are so minimalist but so exxpressive. I'm truly impressed.

Geralt in pic n.4 reminds of Liam Neeson :)
My faves are Iorveth, and Geralt with the two swords in pic n.7. I love the white light background contrasting with his silouhette.

In case, you're interested, you may want to share these pieces in our little fandom of talented artists on DeviantArt. Link is below here, in my signature :flower:

Wow (not world of warcraft). Interesting style (light and dark) and the bodies seem very realisticly measured.

Hey there and thanks for the kind words!

As much as I'd like to take credit for the pallet, when I draw, the color sceme is basic and relatively bland, I adjust the coloring through filters later, the "channel blur blending" filer on Filter Forge 3 is responsible for the vibrancy for the most part, I use it to apply filters to the raw finished pic. :)

I'm not on DA presently, (had an account for a few days a while back then closed it again when I realized I'm not online nearly enough to maintain it or network on DA) but you have my permission to take the pictures and upload them to the common gallery / yours as long as you credit me if you wish :) Preferably as "Magda87" or my current username here, but I prefer my real name :,) Shall check out the link in your sig, I've been browsing some Witcher fanart on DA already, I might have chanced across it already :) The Witcher fandom has extremely talented artists, that's for sure.

Hehe Liam Neeson? Oh god I hate him xD Still, I see where you're coming from now that you mention it :,)

A brief note: Edited the first post - I meant "post a concept you want me to make" not "post a picture". Also changed from "fanfiction gallery" to "fanart gallery" Note to self - don't go making posts at 4am. :)

Heh. Damn, haven't played WoW in ages now.
I try to aim for maximum photorealism though i have a long way to go yet. I sometimes work from poses I make of myself (use it as a base and draw a male figure on top of my female one xD) or pictures I buy off stock photo agencies to get the proportions right. Need reference pictures, I'm not one of those geniuses that can draw completely from scratch without any reference pictures unfortunately. But thank you, it's still a hell of a lot of work. :,) I come from freehand drawing machinations (Tsutomu Nihei's my favourite artist) so switching over to humans is still a bit of a challenge for me.

Well the effort shows itself in the pictures. Geniuses are rare breed so there is nothing wrong in lot of work.

I myself draw as well as I drew when tested as a child in maternity clinic, so this is purely viewer feedback :D

I see. Well, being pretty a dumb in digital painting, I'm always stunned when seeing what other artist can do. Are you working of PS, ToolSAI or painter?
That color vibrance is truly excellent and very much expressing but I'm afraid it's all due to your own taste and talent, instead of the filter :)

I see. :)
Well of course you'll be fully credited. Sorry if I was a lil pressing, but I'm so much in love with your art, that I think you deserves some popularity!
Just 1 question: do you wish me to write a particular note to them or even a title?

Thanks for allow me :)

You're welcome and don't worry about the pressing bit, I'm happy my art's being enjoyed.
I'll ask you the same question I did Schmooples, anything you'd like me to do? :] And yeah, there's a lot of tricks digital artists can resort to. I can't recommend Filter Forge enough, it's a fantastic program. And yes I used Photoshop CS4 for drawing, though I should probably switch over to Coral Painter or something similar already. Don't have the money to stock up on pro software at the moment so photoshop will have to do me :,] I could never get used to SAI. I use a Wacom tablet I got for my 16th bday and it still serves me well!

Haha no you didn't offend me xD I watched Ethan Frome with a friend for the lulz just the other week actually.

The man in my avatar's David Wrench, a talented Welsh synthpop musician. :] Some pics:

D'aw thanks! :] I'm not quite happy with it though, can't put my finger on it, something about the shading of Geralt's head. I might go over it sometime.
Aaand just finished another one. I've been wanting to draw Yen and Ciri for a while now :] I actually intended to spend the weekend catching up on stuff I need to do. Heh. And like I said earliers, if you have a specific wish for a pic, lemme know. I actually finished the commission I owed someone else by now so I'm frees atm.
