Insane mouse acceleration

Okay, i decided to start playing The Witcher again after 6 months. I even bought a new copy from GOG (Not sure why i thought this would help), and still the negative acceleration is prominent. I installed FCR aswell, and it didn't change anything.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME? This is very infuriating.

I am convinced that htis game has in built mouse acceleration, but nobody has ever noticed/cared about it. I have done everything save buying a new computer, and The Witcher still has the worst case of mouse acceleration i've ever witnessed.

I'm so friggin frustrated.
