Getting a potion base in Act II

I'm close to finishing the Act II (the Golem fight), but I want to make a few potions before I start. The problem is, I can't get high quality potion base anywhere! I used to buy it at the Hairy Bear Inn at the waitress (cherry liquor or something), but she's all out now. Anywhere else I can get a HQ potion base, or do I just have to sleep for days and days and wait for her to get it...? Thanks!

If no HQ alcohols are present you could make some white gull with LQ alcohol you should have the recipe for it already . 2 Vitriols and 1 Rebis and meditate . White Gull is a HQ alcohol and will let you make any potion you desire .
