GWYNBLEIDD
Hello my name is Mateusz Nowicki I'm the Assistant director and Weapons Master of ''Gwynbleidd'' - The Witcher based fan series. As me and my co-producers Sebastian Micielski(Direcor, Camera Operator) and Joanna Popiela (Costume designer, make up artist) are Media , Film & TV production and Art students in Liverpool and Chester, this isn't our first project ,but it is the biggest and most ambitious. This project is from true fans of A.Sapkowski and The Witcher game, dedicated to fans based all over the world. As this will be no-profit production it will be available to watch for free, so we won't make any money on it, however because of great expenses (props, actors, locations) we will spend lots of money, therefore I'd like to share a website where ,from a good will, you could donate tiny amounts towards this production.
On this website we also will be updating you with upcoming trailers and/or interviews to reveal more about this production.
First episode is under production now, it's going to be a prequel to the actual plot known from the books.
Coiming Out before Christmas.

Sounds awesome, Good luck with that! Will the series be available in English/ English subtitles?

So the first episode is going to be about the Striga? When does it air?

Once as numerous as the beasts they fought, today the witchers are seen as a relic of times long gone. The exact nature of their training remains a mystery. It is known it consists, among others, of the Trails – processes that transform the organism using a specific combination of secret herbs and infusions. Those who survive them gain superhuman reflexes, speed of reaction, the ability to see in the dark and many other traits making them lethal foes. During their training they learn swordplay and basics of magic, known as Signs. Armed in this set of abilities, the witchers can effectively fulfill their objective, that is protect humans from the monsters inhabiting our world. -Portrayal of witcher

Ok just a quick update.

Our plans outmatched our skills, our budget and our spare time.
I feel obligated to share something, as I know that people more or less are hoping to see something. So here I share this piece of work that I would not normally show to the world...however as I said. I promised.

It is a trailer of something, that will probably never become a full film. Something else will definitely come up, still in the world of The Witcher, but not exactly the Gwynbleidd that you seen now.
However this time I will not make promises and I will not announce anything, as I don't want to disappoint anyone again.

Thank you for the support

I'd love to support you guys, I love worthy indie projects in general. Are you still working on this and looking for funds? I yes, could you PM me your postal adress? If don't like to donate online but I really want to donate, if you're still working on this project. The trailer's very nice, even only one completed short story would be epic.
