Thank you. Now just make my game work with this save. For some reason some saves from others work and some no And nothing, game do not see it.

Which version of the game are you using, and are you using Steamcloud or local saves? I've not come across any reason for a save not loading except for these.

(But if anyone else is reading this, I'd appreciate if you could check my save to make sure it isn't corrupted)

Hi, I am using local. Save games in documents-the witcher 2- savegames.


And I do not know, if it mean anything, but my saves are like - manualsave and from you ManualSave

And I will try patch game and see what will it do.

If the game wasn't patched to EE then no, the save may not work. If you're using Windows, then whether it's ManualSave or manualsave makes no difference, but you can always rename it.

If you need a savegame for the kayran fight, the best way is to upload your own save from just before the fight to a hosting site, and then post the link. Someone will play it through for you, and then post it back.

Hey, I have been trying repeatedly to kill the Kayran, and still can't get past the QTE sequence, I am pretty sure it is a problem with my hardware, as I have just an intel graphics card! Would any of you mind just killing the Kayran for me then uploading the save please. I would download one of the other saves but I have done quite a few other quests. Thanks in advance! Here you go Kayran dead and looted . You are over the weight limit but should be able to make it back to Flotsam or you can shed some stuff and still be ok

Now I registered because I too am frustrated with the Kayran fight. I uploaded an autosave to my dropbox account. If any of you guys could beat that asshole and reupload a save game it would be much appreciated.

Hi guys, yet another victim of the Kayran. It's no excuse but I'm classes as legally blind and I'm finding this quest so hard to beat because it's just too dang fast for me to keep up with.

If someone has some spare time, I've uploaded my savegame to mediafire:

I hope this is right, I went into Documents/Witcher 2/gamesaves and grabbed my last save just before saying "I'm ready" to defeat the Kayran. I may have already taken the Mongoose potion.

If anyone has time to do this, it's much appreciated. It's on Easy so experienced Kayran hunters should have no issues I'm sure.
