Feainnewedd is all over the place at the Scoia'tael camp. It's the mat-like plant with purple flowers.

Feainnewedd can only be found by those who are knowledgeable about plants and herbs; i.e. someone who perhaps studies books on the subject. Check the local NPCs to see if they're hiding books in their homes or, possibly selling books about local herbs :) (if Geralt doesn't know anything about the herb, it will simply register as "unknown herb" if you hover your mouse over it).

OP stated he has the ingredient in his journal. Anyway, if you're at the Scoia'tael camp, you can't miss the stuff.

Knowledge of this ingredient is obtainable only from a book you can buy, from the Elder Druid or the Antiquary only. OP, are you sure you have it in your journal ingredients?
