I can make out Geralt. But I cannot make out the rest. I am really curious. Help. ???

Edit - A very late addition but I figured I would add it for anyone curious. I made a post over at The Witcher boards on GOG. You can find it here

Thanks go out to Thiev from the GOG boards for digging up the relevant texture file and translating it. Thiev said "That sentence is in Polish and can be loosely translated to 'Geralt is a fag / pansy' ;)"
