How does the character get third sign charge, have played through epilogue and most of the 1. chapter, now facing Kayran, still only 2 sign charges.
But viewing some tutorials in Youtube noticed, that most have three sign charges, as how am Isupposed to get the third charge?
Only Quest failed was in the first chapter, called "woe to the vanquished".

The number of charges you have doesn't have to do with quests, it's a character value called "Vigor" which can be raised with talent points.

Look for the talents with "Vigor +1".
The first one you can get is in the training tree: the second level of Fortitude. (Have a nice mutagen like Critical Effects handy, as this is usually the first mutagen skill you will get.)
It is very handy to get that third Vigor point before the Kayran quest.
There are three more vigor increases in the magic tree, for a maximum of 6.
