No environmental sound and music in cutscenes..

I don't if any of u having this problem, but i must say it is pretty random and quiting game and loading it corrects it generally (not always)

For example; The first time Geralt and Triss's love scene in elven ruins cutscene was playin i only heard their voice and the their footsteps nothing more... no music , no water splash at all... And this happens to me more then three times ... And this can occur in normal adventure screen too... no music and no wilderness sound but voices and footsteps are playing (this was not a stealth gameplay) :question:

This also happened in one of Geralt memories but in a pretty different way... The Memory is playing but no narrator (Geralts voice) , then i watched it again from games EXTRAS section and it played perfectly...

Is that ever happened to anyone and is it a known issue ?... Thanks..
