I've been trying to put stuff in my storage chest, but every time I ask "access my storage." it takes me to a vendor buy/sell screen. every time I ask the guy, the "I'd like to trade" line is greyed out, not the "access my storage" line. Is there something wrong with it?

This is a known bug. There is a simple workaround though. Just access your storage directly - it's actually the counter near where the innkeeper stands.

For those who may be confused by the two innkeepers, the one downstairs (Dyson) has the broken storage option. The chest is tucked under the end of his bar; just stand near it to get the mouse prompt. (Marty (upstairs) does not have a storage option.)

I think the upstairs inkeeper does have the storage option as well. But yeah the storage implementation is buggy. Wonder how that got past CDPR's QA!

Careful with the Act II storage: if you're on one path, using storage for the other path when you're across the mist is said to be buggy. http://witcher.wikia...tcher_2_storage
