The first quote, I remember this as a reference to a scene in "The Last Wish", when Geralt met Yennefer for the first time.

Now, the second one--GAH! I hate that voice so much I wish I could kill them before Dethmold stole my thunder at it.

"Vatt'ghern" too. I was sure it's an elven insult and laughed out loud when I realized it only means "witcher". :P

"Triss, stop thinking with your vagina and get a hold of yourself. The witcher will manage..."

LOL same happened to me, I thought "Vatt'ghern" was some sort of an insult. I was a bit disappointed it wasn't.

The vagina quote gets me every time XD;

BTW I +'d your other post so it takes away the negative rep, lol.

Iorveth deceived us with his spiteful tone and Philippa is such a meanie. ]:->

Oh, so it was you, thanks for saving my reputation! :P

Some quotes from random NPCs:

"Plough the lilies!"
"Wait till he drops his f*cking guard!"
"PEOPLE, THE MUTANT'S PURSUING ME!"
"I'll say it again: humans are strange."
"We chose our profession in defiance of the greed of the monarchy. We will not live for the sake of taxes to fatten nobles pockets. We chose to live the only life available to those who would truly be free. We are Thieves."

Sorry, don't recall the exact quote and it might not be suitable to repeat here anyway, but what Roche says to Dethmold when they go rescue Anais. And I love how he follows through exactly as he described it! :o

And the pussies with cocky names, of course.

I love the trolls, and Geralts response when one troll asks if he wants soup, with elf, carrots and onions.

"I dont much care for onions"

Made me laugh

"PLOUGH 'EM ALL!"

"Triss, stop thinking with your vagina"
"Can girls become witchers too?"
"PEOPLE, THE MUTANT'S PURSUING ME!"

Classic stuff.

You can check it here:

The Witcher 2 - Uncle Roche meets Uncle Dethmold Posted Image

And it's a very suitable response for:

"Uncle Dethmold will cast a tiny spell on your little house." - The Witcher 2 - Uncle Dethmold Posted Image

Plus, classic scene that we all forgot to mention? (tho we might end up mentioning the whole fraking game so awesome it is in this department too)

"Look alive, men!"
"Hail to the King!"
"Where the hell are we headed?!"
"To Battle!"
"What the f*ck do we want?!"
"Victory!"
"This I like...!" Posted Image

I liked iorveth description about Dol Blathanna as "a land of sterile elders". Everyone else seems to say only good things about the place so his pessimistic attitude made me smile.

The Greek chorus of layabouts outside the Flotsam inn, Chives, Dogbag, and Lumbago.

"Something's troubling me."
"What's that?"
"What does a bloody witcher eat, anyway?"
"Eh, mushrooms?"
"Spuds?"
"Why spuds?"
"'Cause he's a human, like us. He sweats, he bleeds, prob'ly eats spuds, too."
The amateur tenor, whose vocal villainies
All desire to shirk,
Shall during off hours exhibit his powers
To Madame Tussaud's wax-work.

-"People! The mutant's pursuing me!"

Whats up with that guy anyway?

-"I don't much care for onions" (when talking to the troll brewing elves and onions)

-Oyster Nan song

-"Some say blacksmiths are strong. I say they're fat pussies."

-"How noble of you." (to king Foltest)
