I am stuck on Vizima confidential, Further investigations &  Old Friend of mine, A Favor.

I spoke with Thaler, Ramsmeat, & Leuvaarden about the brooches & therefore his involvement (or lack of) with Salamaandra BEFORE I received the quest from Raymond to interrogate these three.  The Thaler & Ramsmeat quests auto updated, but Leuvaarden's quest did not update to reflect we had already spoken & he does not have any other info or speech options for me (how's business?  & farewell).

I spoke with Shani at the hospital a second time & she informed me the prisoner has been moved to a safe place.  When I go to her house I have no new speech options for her.  (Shani? & farewell). 

Raymond is in hiding after the baddies tried to kill him.  I have placed all nine other sephirots.

Is there something I am overlooking?

The awesome part is, if this is a bug I just cleaned up my save files & deleted them all.  Yay! ;)  So if it is a bug I have to restart the game.  Super yay!

fixed!!  I just randomly decided to start clicking on blue titled npc's for the hell of it.  It worked!  When I clicked the mercenary guards hired by Leuvaarden it triggered his quests & I was able to question him further.  Phew!

Sounds like you are on track. I should mention that Geralt can suspect and clear people of suspicion before Raymond tells him to. Have you done the autopsy yet? That is another critical thing that has to be done to finish the chapter and get the last Sephirot.
