Drowned Dead Contract - Can't find Siegfried

I'm more than half way through Act II and I can't find Siegfried anywhere at any time of day. So I can't turn in my fulfilled contract. Where is he usually found, if not the hospital entrance or the guard post near to the Order Armorer?

Look in the swamp, near the Druid's grove ;-)

That would explain why Siegfriend is back at the guard post after I helped Yae'vinn.
