I have tried the game twice before, and could not get into it because killing enemies seemed to take forever.  Now I'm finding I can figure it out, and starting to really enjoy this game.  But, now that I'm at the outskirts of Vizima, there's a comely lady walking around (the one who says a stranger once gave her flowers), and every time I try to give her a gift, she refuses it.  I can't figure out what to make of this; can anybody help?

She likes tulips. So you need to figure out to get a bunch of them. Ask to the townswoman in the village, the one who dress in white. She was a flower seller once. Or you need to get roaming into the southern cave area to find a corpse. It may help you. :-)
