Did I miss too much ?

So I've succeeded in entering holyfield, killing bad monsters into the crypt and discovering the body of Maarlowe. So it appears I don't need to do authopsy anymore to discover who's the bad magician and I have to fight him in the swamp. Do I miss so much in the game (XP) without authopsy quest ? By the way ... I didn't have shani party quest and love intercourse with her. Did I missed it forever (:D) ?

Fighting Azar Javed at the tower closes out Act II. If you have not completed "Old Friend of Mine" before that, it fails.

Hint: You don't need to skip the autopsy just because you already found Raymond's corpse.
