Petri's Philter

I found a scroll for Petri's Philter and I read it, checking shows it says "You've already read this". However, amongst my formulas, Petri's Philter is not present.

Anyone know how this happens and how to solve it?

Hi!
Reading the formula is not the only way to learn how to brew a potion\ointment\bomb. Anyway, here's a guide to create that potion. As soon as Geralt creates it, see if in the inventory it appears like "Petri's philter" or "unknown potion". Anyway in the moment Geralt drinks the potion, the formula should automatically appear in the journal too.
