So I got a return letter from Vivaldi for Yeavin but he's no longer at the druids. I find Siegfried and some order scouts nearby and he says elves and some weapon supplies are at the Golem. So I tell them to wait here and go check it out myself. There is, however, nobody around or at the Golem. I tried saying okay to Siegfried, but I immediately can't finish the Yeavin letter quest.
Does anyone know where I can find him?

In your other thread, you received good directions to the non-humans' camp; you'll find Yaevinn there.
If you already sided with Siegfried in "Force Recon", you'll have to go back to an earlier save to complete the letter quest.

There are two factions in this game. The non-humans are being oppressed by the humans, and they're fighting back. The Order of the Flaming Rose is doing good things -- protecting humans from monsters -- and bad things -- oppressing non-humans, just for being non-human. The Scoia'tael is a band of non-humans who are fighting against oppression. They're doing good things -- trying to get equal rights for non-humans -- and bad things -- using violence to achieve their rights. You can't help both sides, because if you help one side, the other side won't trust you. That's why the opportunity to complete the letter quest ends if you help the Order of the Flaming Rose in "Force Recon."
At some point, you will have to make a decision. Do you side with the Order or with the Scoia'tael? Is it worse to oppress other sentient creatures, or is it worse to fight back against that oppression? Later on, you will have a choice between whichever group you sided with first or a neutral, side-with-no-one path.
This is a big part of the story, so pay attention to what you see happening around you. Listen to the townspeople talking in the streets. Notice what the dwarven blacksmith says about his equipment or what Zoltan says about Vivaldi's bank. There's important stuff happening all around you, and you'll be asked to choose a side! This isn't a mechanical fulfill-all-the-quests game; it's a vibrant game with real choices, so pay attention!
