I can tell from now that the story is something we've seen before, but they could execute it well. And the campaign has some pretty cool moments, like the gliding. ›››
Call of Duty games have always had an enjoyable campaign, people are just too focused on the multiplayer aspect to care.
Check out this topic for our fan translations of the Witcher saga. All done now!
All credits go to the translators. They did a terrific job.

I bought the new Humble Bundle by the way, and tried Zen Bound 2. Very interesting concept, it's actually entertaining.
In any case I was itching to try Legend of Grimrock (that I got from GOG 50% a bit ago) and I've been playing non-stop today. Such a good, entertaining game! I like the sense of discovery, the puzzles and contrary to what I expected, I actually like the combat system!
So yeah, thought I'd share that.

@Volsung Man, I started playing New Vegas recently for the first time. I've been hooked. I finished a playthrough at 143 hours. The other 7 hours was just downloading, cleaning and getting mods to work properly. I can't believe how good it is. I know it's an Obsidian title but I had always been wary to try it because well I hated FO3 and more than that I hate the engine. How did you finish Elijah off btw? I made him visit open the records that locked him in the vault. Man I love the writing for Dead Money even if the actual gameplay wasn't as great. Old World Blues is definitely my favorite of the DLC it was hilarious and really captures the feel of New Vegas's sandbox gameplay.
I've sided with the NCR and unfortunately I had to wipe out the Brotherhood because I didn't know making Hardin the Elder would lead to that ><! Definitely going to play again soon.

Thanks that was a long read but well I watched a lot of videos of it and I still like, I don't read reviews because I think a bit differently than reviewers. Oh and I still enjoy Agent 47 and his style, besides I have every single Hitman game on the shelf. Still even if its bad as it was stated it still will provide bigger challenge than AC3 and probably would make more sense

I really enjoyed it, like I hadn't enjoyed a "modern" game apart from The Witcher.
I took care of Elijah by calling him downstairs after a few successful speech and science bluffs, then sneaking past him while the security system activated leaving him trapped. I wanted to kill him for his gear but it felt more satisfying if he died by trying to accomplish what put us all in danger in the first place. Dead Money really does have great writing.
I sided with Yes-man. I was undecided at first, but even if I think the NCR is probably the better "orderly" faction, I couldn't bring myself to support any kind of regime. And so, I helped everyone so that different groups would be stronger, and together fought he Legion invasion. I didn't agree with the Legion, they seem too destructive and I wished to preserve a few old world antiquities (and perhaps avoid some crucifixions). Mr. House seemed like a decent option at some point but I feared he would transform the strip into some kind of police state.
I also helped Hardin in the Brotherhood, but thankfully didn't have to kill them. They are greedy, self-righteous bastards, but I think there's worse out there and they may help bring balance to the wasteland (where certain groups are becoming too strong).
In IE games I tend to play "chaotic neutral" or "true neutral", and I think that's what I was trying to accomplish here.
So yeah, great game

Me too. I like all the booyah shit, but they're so repetitive and boring. I'm going to eventually give Spec Ops: The Line a go, however.
@ Volsung: I love F:NV. Have spent many an hour there. Did you find all the survivalist letters in Honest Hearts? That's what made it my favorite DLC. Those DLCs are an example of how DLCs should be done (along with CDPR's, of course).

How so?
Oh and about FNV I picked House.

because NCR already controls most of the west(or east don't remember) and they only wanted to control Vegas because of their greed. They mostly screw up as well Powder Gangers,Fiends and Khans all around.
As for House turning NV into a police state that's where my Courier comes in and becomes some compassionate sheriff controlling the securitrons, that's how I imagined it anyway. I didn't like how the Kings and the Brotherhood had to die though but meh.
I also killed Ceasar and in the Lonesome Road DLC never nuked anyone. Nukes block out the future.

I'm hoping every single person in this community has been playing this game. It's the only game i've played all year that has actually gotten my heart raised above it's normal bpm, despite it being of a simple point and click gameplay type. That's how epic the choices are for this game.

I'm looking forward to Walking Dead ep 5. The game is not much of a game, but has a very good story.
