After completing Act 2 twice (I didn't finish the game yet) something irks me, who was Salamandra's Contact?
---SPOILERS BELOW----
Now before you say Raymond, this is not true because Raymond eventually becomes impersonated by Azar Javed himself and that doesn't make sense because why would a leader of Salamandra be a contact of Salamandra? That's just stupid.
It's not the Professor, because he's the one talking about Salamandra's contact (which can be seen after exiting Raymond's house the first time when he talks with Javed).
And it isn't any of the suspects listed on the quests, so....
The other shoe will drop in the next act. And you really don't want it spoiled for you.
