I have 4 pages left of chapter 2 to do.
Should have them finished by the end of the week.

I noticed chapter 3 hasn't been finished. I could start translating the last few pages for it if no one else is.

Great! But maybe you should first PM Chicra, from the GOG.com forums, I was under the impression he was doing that; so we dont tip into each others toes or do double-work...

After all chapters are done a good revision could be in order, so theres no chapter quoting "Jaskier" and another one "Dandelion" and things like that.


Im posting a link to "Something ends, something begins", which is a non canon Sapkowski story of the "very unlikely" wedding between Geralt and Yen. Cant remember who did the translation of the story. I added the foreword written by Sapkowski (as appeared in the collection "Road of no return") which gives some context.

Im guessing we should use the official english names ? (Dandelion, Triss Merigold, Mousesack etc)
Right now I got to the part where Dandelion meets Geralt in the forest. Its taking longer than I expected, I dont have as much time as I want, I will finish it as soon as possible. I had to modify some things though, hope it didnt ruin anything

I've finished translating the last part of chapter 2.

I plan on taking a look at the end of Chapter 3 and finishing it off.
I haven't heard anything back from chicra as to whether they are going to finish it off.

Hopefully it wont take to long and we can see about getting some of the later chapters done.

EDIT: Need help translating. This is the sentence in Czech:
"Z jedné hřivny čili marky rýziho kovu o váze pul libry se razí šedesát florénu"
Its the last sentence in the part where Evertsen counts the value and money of the army.

Just a question: Are the 4th and 5th chapters of Times of Contempt almost finished being translated? I'm excited to know what's next!
