PM I cannot get him to come singing to midday bride - waited at 6:30PM all the way to 8PM and over until midday bride disappeared, then meditated and tried again, but no difference. What are you supposed to do here?

Perhaps you're missing something?
I can only suggest to come back to a previous savegame and reload. It is possible that is a bug. In this case, you can do nothing but reload.
(if you have not any other savegame, you can ask for one in the Savegame market, supposing that you've registered the game).

Firstly...welcome.
Secondly, did you talk to him about the song? Has he agreed to sing something? If he has, and you cannot find him in the fields, do a simple check. Wait in the tavern from noon to midnight. If he leaves the tavern, follow him. If he doesn't, reload from an earlier savegame. If that doesn't work, reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, share your savegame, and we'll try to get you past that point. If that doesn't work it will, BTW), get a new savegame from the savegame market.
