We all know that our final chase after Alvin de Aldersberg takes place within his vision of ice-covered Vizima. However I noticed only recently, that the ultimate battle is specifically set in the ruins of the Order's Cloister - exactly where Geralt's and the Grand Master's unconscious bodies lie. A small but excellent touch, I should think.

yes I do agree it was a excellent touch it was a battle of wills not just swords
