English ones that is.  I am trying to find any and all downloadable adventures so I can enjoy more of the Witcher after I beat the game.  I have the Enhanced Directors Cut edition and, much like I did with Neverwinter Nights, I want to continue playing after I beat the game.

Where can I nab some adventures?  Which ones would you suggest?  I am going to play the 2 that came with my Enhanced Edition of course.

Oh and HELLO FOLKS!

Finally, how easy is the Adventure Editor to figure out, and do you guys know of any "Tutorials" that would help me learn how to use it?

That list is no longer being maintained, so it doesn't include the newest adventures.  The most comprehensive list of adventures (it doesn't include modifications to the main game) is here.

Well, it depends on what you're looking for.

I'd recommend you play them all by the order your game puts them in the list you see after selecting new adventures from the main menu. But still, some insight for you:

Blight of the Bogs, isn't a very long adventure. I liked it for the unusual humor and weird stuff it had.

John's Diary also has an interesting humor element and you get to play as a drowner. I really liked because of the main character and funny stuff/quests it had.

I didn't like Deception much, but it's a fine investigation adventure. It has voice over, not the original voice actors there. Though they made quite a good job. You can throw daggers in this adventure which I never tried since I have the habit of keeping every limited item for later use which usually causes them ending up not being used at all. It was the very first fan-made adventure and actually was done for opening the way for modders and showing them the way for that. It's got a brand new location.

If you like riddles, puzzles Entrapped is the way to go. One of my favorites.

Poet's Pride is also for riddle/puzzle people. I didn't have the opportunity to like it much since I was "lucky" enough to to have a buggy game with that. But riddles in that was cool. I enjoyed them.

In Evil Decision, you'll find a rich adventure story and dialogue lines wise and probably the hardest decision Geralt had ever had to make. This is also an investigation adventure.

Graveyard Party is an arena adventure. It doesn't have a story you simply create a character and try to take on foes and defeat them. There are interesting characters to play as, like sorcerer, dwarf, knight and witcher.

Medical Problems is one of the largest fan-made adventures. It really feels like someone pro done that thing and you're amazed on details in that adventure and think that it should require a long time to create an adventure like that. Main plot is an investigation. I recommend this.

Merry Witchmass is a great one. I'd compare it with Medical Adventures by means of detail it has. This has some riddle in a side quest, funny dialogues, original soundtrack and many references to cultural works and famous people. Even the street people has funny lines

Red Silk looks promising. I couldn't finish it due to some bug. It has funny things and surprises and quests are done well.

Tribute is a fun adventure. You're playing as fat drunkard and trying to save your friends' inn so you can drink there in the future.

I haven't played the wedding yet.

Those aren't really spoilers but I'm afraid I've overdone that insight thing there.

Short version; I'd recommend John's Diary, Entrapped, Medical Problems and Merry Witchmass, in no particular order.
