So basically I need to collect 20 of those tails or w/e to compete with White Rayla before I can enter the hospital. Well I got 20 of them and my quest log even says that I got the items and that I should go see Siegfried in the hospital, but I CAN'T! The back door is locked and the front one I cannot interact with. What the hell do I do? It's pissing me off.

The front door of the hospital won't open for you if there is fighting nearby. The problem is that there is a lot of fighting in the area, so you must help the side you 've picked (or wait for the fight to stop for a while) and then enter the hospital quickly, because new foes will come. Try to be near the door, and you 'll manage.

I'm having the same problem whenever i try to kill the elves adn dwarves to they respawn to fast to get back to the door and when i stay at the door the order gets owned and the fighting never stops is there another way to enter the hospital been trying for half a day now :(
