OK, first you can tell us what level dificulty you are on. I can already say that you are on the side of the Scoia'tael so they should help.
If they kill you, try Swallow and Group Style. That's all I can say with the current info. Report if you need more help.  :peace:

Not really, you just have to make 'em gather around you and not patients and then use Group Style.
You still have not said what difficulty you are on, maybe it's the hard one? Anyways, keep at it... maybe you are not good enough to pass yet, so do keep at it.
Sooner or later, you are bound to defeat those shiny armored thugs.  :peace:

Geralt is faster than anything else in the game, so you can use that to your advantage.  When you get low on Vitality, run to the other end of the hospital and make the slow, lumbering armored ones chase you.  If you still need more healing when they get there, run back to the other end again.  You can do this as many times as necessary, to gain Vitality.

Don't forget food.  It stacks with your Swallow bonus, so if you've run to the other end of the hospital and it'll be awhile until the Order gets there, you can take a quick bite of something.

When facing a lot of foes, you don't just want to deal damage, you also want to incapcitate some of them if you can.  How's your Igni?  If you set the guys on fire, some of them will be too distracted by the pain to attack you.  How's your Aard?  If you knock 'em down or blast the weapons out of their hands, it'll take them awhile before they can attack you again.  How's your Quen?  You can heal up while taking no damage.  How's your Yrden?  You can run to one end of the hospital, set a trap, then watch them all take damage.

You might want to take a Tawny Owl, too, so you can use these signs.

You can win this battle, but if you're relatively low level, you can't just stand still and fight.

I've made three new adventures for TW1; you can get them at corylea.com/.

I've also made a bunch of mods that fix bugs, kill annoyances or tweak gameplay; you can get those at the Witcher Nexus.

It does!  I've played a lot of games in my time, including a lot of acknowledged classics and all-time greats, and The Witcher beats them all.  The depth, the attention to detail, and the realness of the storyline make this game an instant classic.  Including racism in an RPG could have been done badly, but it wasn't; I really feel sorry for Vivaldi and for the dwarf blacksmith; this isn't just the usual "save the world" storyline that all RPG's have.  Although I'm a white American, I'm dating a black woman, so for me, racism isn't just an abstract notion about justice -- important as abstract notions about justice are! -- it's also personal.

There are about a million people who share this hope. ;)  Whenever it's done, it'll be the Game of that Year.
