After the Reverernd gets the child he says he talk to people about beast and quest for Salamander say I talk to 3 other people but I cant bribe them and I didnt get ring from reverend.

The Reverend should have given you the ring.  If your inventory is full, you can't accept it, though; it drops to the ground at your feet.  You can discard something from your inventory and pick it up, if you notice it in time.

If you don't notice it in time, the ring can also be obtained elsewhere.  According to the Witcher Wiki, "This signet ring can also be obtained in exchange for a White Gull potion from a beggar (an old woman) in the Outskirts who wants it to ease her dying grandson's suffering. Apparently the Reverend had refused to help her grandson who is dying from the plague, so the old woman stole his ring."

So search for the woman and give her some White Gull.

the particular old woman you want is labelled as a "beggar", so don't be fooled  :peace:

Well found a beggar woman at bridge to Maribor but I cant talk to her all she says is "My legs are covered in manure again." I looked on flore where I talked to Reverernd but found no ring either in house ore front chapel.

I writen  the quest log open down and these are;

Keep talking to the old women. I found the ring that way once, but it took me all around the Outskirts looking for her. The advantage is that if you let the other old women tell you their folktales, you pick up knowledge that translates into being able to do things like gather basic potion ingredients. Since you don't have much money for book buying when you first arrive there, this can be a quick way to improve your skills early in the game.

The old lady in question can be found in the cluster of houses south-east of the town. Talk to all the women; there's also a potential sex card there. Go in the morning or at noon, they'll all be around.

YES finaly found the woman and got the ring. Thank you all for help. :)
