Can someone tell me how to acitivate this 2 quest?

*Edit: Is it okay if I add 2 to Str to make my str Level 3 and 1 to Regneration? I started the game not long tho just gained a level. Could someone advice me on how to add too?

Well if your just at  the prologue don't worry to much  not all the quest are in the order your given  :peace:

The Witcher'Secret quest is a long standing quest part of the main quest
And the fist fight quest  you  go to the Inn in the first Town your  come to in Chapter one  just go with the flow of the game and  don't worry  if you miss a few quest here and there.
For me that part of the replay Value of the game  ;)
hope that helps

If you want to start Fistfight during the Prologue, you can.

you must first complete all the quests and give Triss her potion and sleep with her, but THEN, do NOT go and get Vesemir or say that you are ready to leave. Say that you have other stuff to do and go find Eskel in the armory on the second floor (the room at the end of the hallway with the holes in the floor)

if you talk to him about fighting and getting some practice, he'll offer to fistifight with you and that will start the quest. You still have to go to the Inn in Act I to continue it -- or if you missed starting with Eskel, then going to the Inn as Seeker said will work just fine.

Witcher's Secrets starts automatically, so don't worry about it and it does not finish until the game finishes  :peace:

herbalism is vital (that's under intelligence)
monster lore is very good too
making sure Aard is as high as you can get before the end of Act I is a very good idea
oil preparation

all those allow you to get the day to day stuff done

working on your group steel style is good early in the game, but so are the others ;) -- you don't get a silver sword until act II so i tend to get my steel sword going ... however it is nice to be able to use group silver right away at the beginning of act II so don't neglect that.

that should get you going. this is by no means the only way to do things, it's just what i do  :peace:

game widow is right that a good way to start off

and as she pointed out  there no set way  in setting stats
I know it can be a bit confusing at first you will get the hang of it in no time  :peace:

Game Widow you said get Aard as high as I can. What do you mean by this? Is it like adding all those skills in Aard?

you can put 2 point to  Aard to start out with  and see from there

right now your in the learning curve of the game so don't worry to much about it to much  as you go along with the game there will be more points to add  ;)

well if you still have 3 bronze left over then I would put it to Str and Dex and one to  Aard you can and next time around add  one or two to Intel if you feel you need it
Just note part of the game is Building  Geralt the way you want him to be  ;)

I wouldn't expand intellegence further than lvl. 3 Bomb preperation unless you want to use many and often the signs.

I would focus on the attributes strenght, dex and endurance because on certain levels they unlock abilities of the fighting skills. The attributes also influence the resistances. I would primary use talents in the attributes and tighten up the corresponding fighting skills.
There are no rules or guide to build a perfect character, you can't really spoil the character.

The signs which are most useful are Aard and Igni. If Gamewidow recommanded you to build up Aard as soon as possible, I guess she meant whereas you are in Act 1 because you will need it against the Beast  ;) It's not meant you should use all you talents in Aard and right now. Aard is useful but it's personal taste how much you want to expand it.
I can see what you see not, Visions milky then eyes rot.
When you turn they will be gone, whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be, shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind – cast down into the Halls of the Blind…
