[ACT I] She's No Early Bird

I found her very annoying as well.
She was surrounded by a pack of men just a moment ago, now she wants to go front line against army of Berg(something, those green glowing dogs)?
Shocking.
But the way I did it is to run to the house.

Btw, if you do the candles quest first, you get a lot less dogs.
Seems like the barghests from lighting candles and escorting Vesna quest spawn at the same time when you happen upon the altar. So instead of 2 packs of 2-3 dogs, you get 5-6 dogs to fight. Do one quest first, the other later and life will be easier for you.
If Vesna gets hit, you can also camp near the campfire with royal huntard.

Did you guided Vesna save to her grandma's house? If you follow the path you will reach the gates of Wyzima. There's a river, I don't remember which side of the river... but there you will find the mill. Make sure that you have the wine when you met her again in the evening ;)
I can see what you see not, Visions milky then eyes rot.
When you turn they will be gone, whispering their hidden song.
Then you see what cannot be, shadows move where light should be.
Out of darkness, out of mind – cast down into the Halls of the Blind…

The final stage of this quest is your date with Vesna "Meet me at the old Mill after sunset." I've been over there twice after dark, no Vesna and the Mill door is locked. Is a door key required? If so, where is it located? Or is there another quest required to get access to the Mill?
Thanks!
Thanks!

No key is needed
Vesna will appear directly in front of the Mill door at 19:30.
Oh, make sure you don't forget the wine (Beauclair White)
Be well.

Dandelion??
You don't meet Dandelion until the next chapter.
Again, to finish the "She's No Early Bird" quest.....just meet Vesna in front of the Mill door at 19:30 and don't forget the wine.
Be well

I still think there is a problem here and would like more clarification. I saved Vesna and agreed to meet her at the Mill after sunset the next night. Instead of going into her grandmother's house I followed her to the Mill where she walked through the door. The door remained locked so I could not enter. I went back to the grandmother's house and in talking to her she said Vesna was resting and thanked me for saving/helping her. The next evening I waited at the Mill with wine from well before sunset (1500 hrs) to 2130 (that's 9:30 PM) and she never showed up nor did the door ever unlock. When I review the Journal the quest appears to be closed with the green checkmark by it...Yet reading the quest it looks like it is still open where the last entry says to meet her at the Mill.
1. Doesn't the fact that the quest no longer appears active indicate it has closed regardless of whether it was completed or not?
2. If I appear another evening at the Mill with wine will the quest re-open and proceed--will Vesna show up another time?
3. If you fail to save Vesna, even at her grandmother's door, does the quest clearly fail and close such?
Thanks.

If you took Vesna home at her Grandma's house the quest is successfully finished. The date with Vesna is an extra amusement. If you failed to meet her at the mill the "She's no early bird" quest is completed anyway.

I think you can bug this yourself by following Vesna to the mill just after getting her to Granma's house.
When I did that she wouldn't show up later.
For success I left Abigail's hut at 20.30 then get her to home asap so that part is done before midnight.
Zone into Granma's house and back out should make Vesna vanish then you can kill time doing whatever till noon the next day.
At noon go to the fishing village fireplace with your wine and meditate till dusk then run straight to the mill and Vesna should be waiting there.
