[ACT V] Cannot finish Fistfight-Quest (Zdenek)

06.01.2009 @ 23:48 #1

hi folks,
After i beat Zdenek twice, the game froze so i had to kill the process manually. I saved after i beat Zwedenk the first time.
After loading this save and having beaten him again, the quest doesn't change. I beat him several times,  left the cave, and reentered it, but it won't change.
Is there any way to reset the quest or sth. like that?
Thanks for help.

Have You considered loading previous saved game?

C'mon it shouldn't be so far away and You can beat Zdenek, so? Where's the problem?

Well it's quite far away (Chapter 3). Yeah, i know that's kind of stupid, but you only recognize it, when it's too late.
I was hoping for a solution to maybe reset the quest ( like in Fallout 3), but as i wasn't able to find a console prompt ingame ( is there one?), so  i'll maybe have to skip that quest.

Do you have autosave turned off?  If you have it turned on, the game will automatically save for you periodically, and this feature will often save your butt!

Want to be IN a computer game? I'm making one, and I want a picture of you! See here for details.

I've made three new adventures for TW1; you can get them at corylea.com/.

I've also made a bunch of mods that fix bugs, kill annoyances or tweak gameplay; you can get those at the Witcher Nexus.

Yes i turned it maybe an hour before this off, because i got annoyed of all the "useless" ( :wall:) saves and i got only a little space on C.\.
