I am on Chapter IV and I more or less can get any of the teeth required to get the final reward from the dentist except one: The barghest skull. I didn't bother collecting them after I finished the contract for them, how was  I supposed to know I had to keep one?  :(

Anyways, is there any way at all to get one?

There is no way to get one now (unless You sold it once to a Kalkstein - maybe he still has some, but I am not sure).

Still Barghest's skull isn't needed to finish the quest and get the reward (sword)

but be VERY careful to have enough inventory space left at the end of Act IV --  with all the teeth you do need NOT stored at some inn -- otherwise you are in for a big disappointment  :peace:

Haha no trouble, I was able to get the sword during my first visit to the tower.

on my first run, i missed the devourer's tooth -- was i royally peeved or what?  ;D

My issue is always using the items accidentally in a potion but I made sure not to use up my last set. Whew.

oh yes! forgot about that --- can't tell you how many devourer's teeth i used by accident  ;D -- that's why i started storing the ones i wanted to keep at inns ... only to be thwarted again!  ::)

Ha ha, Dandelion didn't come along.

The best way I found to avoid that problem is to rearrange the component so that it is last in its category. So if its like a centaur jaw its in the Rebris category so I switch it with wyvern wings or something.

I did the same thing and stored the devourer teeth with the innkeeper... only to hav them taken away from me, it was about 4 hours before i realised i couldnt get the sword....  :'( :'( :'( ....the horror...... :-[
