I went to the cemetry in the morning to look for Raymonds body but could not find it, i have goten to the point were Geralt suspects Raymond of 'changing' but i still cannot find his body, is there something i have to do to be able to see it?

I have killed Ramsmeat and cleared all but two of the suspects (Mies and Kalkstien).

Raymonds body is in the Cemetary crypts. First room to the left. You need Aard to open it up.

Yes i have done the autopsy. I checked all the rooms in the crypt but not luck. I have goten to the part were i have been asked to frame kalkstien by raymonds imposture.

So you have been to the room with the altar that you needed to Aard?
And there is only one body rather than 2 on the floor there? (screenshot to verify)

i have gone in every room there and looked up a map to verify, it was the room were a fledger and two graviers attack, there is a Sarcophagus there and i had to blow a hole in the wall first.

I looked all along the floor in the crypt and in that room in particular and i saw nothing in the fledgers room, not even one body, and what i saw in the crpy as a whole was just a load of dead thugs and the like.



I cannot provide a screenshot tonight but if still left un-resolved tommorow i will.

That's odd then. Usually his body should be there, but then I cannot say that I ever went looking for it *after* the autopsy...
Have you tried simply talking to Kalkstein and seeing if you can become convinced of his innocence? He should tell you something about setting a trap for the false Raymond at the tower.

well for me its the oposite, after the autopsy i was asked to frame kalkstien and bring him to the tower, and kalkstien is still anoyed with me about accusing him and will not talk to me unless quest related.

I would rather find raymonds body and let both suspects off the hook so i can give in a few quests to Mies and get some info off kalstien about javad.

You can only go to the crypt after the autopsy if you want to do both the autopsy and go to the crypt .. going to the crypt before the autopsy negates the need for it and Shani doesn't show up.

The room Raymond;s body is in is the large one at the north end of the map, or the first large room on the right of the first rotunda as you head into the crypt. Geralt must use Aard to get into that room and he is usually attacked by at least five monsters, mostly alghouls and ghouls, but maybe a cemetaur (maybe less on easy mode, not sure about that)

could it just be a glitch or prehaps the time of day effects it?

If so il give the game a re-load tomorow and head once again to the crypt

correction: Shani does show up if you find the body first and then go do an autopsy (Verified this in 3 different games now in which I always find the body first and then go ask Shani for an autopsy). But she doesn't show up if you do it this way AND have talked to her about bringing liquor for the Old Friend of Mine quest at the same time.

well....not for me =) recently I proved all the suspects innocence, just by talking, then I found the body, then made an autopsy and prepared the setup for venegence, lying to Raymond, then I convinced the Ramsmeat to disappear and consulted Kalkstein to prepare the ambush by the tower, and ...lured Raymond there.

Phycopath - if you already accused Kalkstein - thats the choice you made in the game. nasty, but just have to face it. perhaps that`s why you can`t find the body, because you already made your choice, accusing Kalkstein.

Ahh that would make sense, I decided to take the 'a chemist did it' route in the autopsy which lead to me having to set him up, oh well more loot and gold then haha.

if so could anyone else verify that? because it seems that everyone has chosen to find the body before hand or some how avoided getting were i am.

also if this is true is there a way for me to turn everything around on raymond?

Well, it seems to me that the moment when you kill Ramsmeat (since he is a "good guy") is the moment when you are making a decision. Most likely after killing Ramsmeat, the body of Raymond disappears and since you have already done the autopsy (with wrong result) you cannot find the real murderer.
It seems that: Ramsmeat dead = wrong decision (you will discover the truth about the murderer at the end of the chapter when it is too late).  ;)

Ok everyone thanks alot, I decided just to go and open the tower and deal with raymond or rather that tricky mage.

Well thanks for all your advice and i will keep it in mind when i turn up the settings to hard and restart after i complete it for the first time.
